High Tide Rentals is pleased to provide you with vacation information. We hope that we can give you the information you need for planning your vacation, so that it will be the best vacation yet. Browse through our website and find the place that suits your needs the best, after all, there is something here for everyone. Give us a call on our toll free reservations number 1-800-524-0078. Our reservationist will gladly assist you and answer any questions you might have, before calling to make a reservation , you might want to make two choices of accommodations you are interested in, as well as your choice of dates.

To make reservations, the reservationist will need some personal information such as your name, address, and telephone numbers, selection of unit, dates, number of people in party, and whether you plan to pay in cash, postal money order, certified check or credit card


A prepayment will be required to confirm your reservation.  Payment made by postal money order/certified check must be received within 7 days of making your reservation except reservation made 30 days or less full payment will be required at the time of booking. Otherwise, our computers will automatically cancel the reservation. A prepayment amount of $190 to $700 will be required. Reservation made 30 days or less, full  payment is required.

Once we receive your payment, a confirmation will be mailed or emailed to you along with a letter of information. Please read, mail, email or fax a signed confirmation. If you have any questions, please call 800-524-0078.
   
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  
   
In season, all Gulf Front Condominiums and Houses are rented by the week only. This being a Saturday-Saturday. All other units carry a three night minimum. Some exceptions are made when possible.
   
CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM
 
   
We make every effort to do our job effectively. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the rules. Failure to do so can result in a delay in your checking in. Check out time is important, so that our housekeepers can clean the unit for the next scheduled guest. We ask that you take all trash out, load and start the dishwasher before departure. Please leave all furnishings in the original place you found them upon arrival.
   
LATE ARRIVALS:  
   
If you plan to be a late arrival (after office hours), a drop box is provided outside our office door. There will be a package for you with your name on it, directions to our unit, and keys. You may drop a check in the box or mail your prepaid rent to our office before arrival. If you are paying cash, you must return to our office on the next business day by 12:00 noon, to make payment.
   
PAYMENT:  
   
Certified Checks, Travelers Checks, Postal Money Orders, Cash or Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
   
CANCELLATIONS:  
If you must cancel your reservation, advance notice must be given in order to receive a refund of prepayment less a $50.00 processing fee. If you purchase trip insurance you will still need to notify us of your cancellation then you will deal directly with the Travel Guard Insurance Company to receive your refund. Thirty days for daily or weekly condominium rentals. Sixty days notice for houses or duplexes. Ninety days for all monthly rentals. If you fail to give the required notice you forfeit your prepayment. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE OR NOT BEING SATISFIED WITH YOUR RENTAL UNIT.

TRIP INSURANCE:  
High Tide Rentals has joined force with Travel Guard® to provide our customer with an optional and beneficial insurance coverage. This coverage is only 7% of your total trip costs. High Tide Rentals cancellation policy does not provide refunds for unforeseen developments such as illnesses, mandatory hurricane evacuations and similar events that can affect your trip. DAMAGE PROTECTOR:  
   
Security Damage fee is included in each reservation that covers you and your party for up to $1,500 worth of accidental property damage. Sometime things happen accidentally this coverage provides peace of mind. This is a non-refundable fee. Damages over $1,500 or intentional will be the responsibility of the renter. Please notify the office when the damage occurs.
   
REFUNDS:  
No refunds for early departures, unhappy with your unit, malfunction, breakdown of appliances, air conditioning or other equipment. However, we will do everything possible to correct the situation. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance to cover your vacation stay during the hurricane season.
   
TAXES:  
   
All rates are plus taxes: Orange Beach - 11% Gulf Shores - 11% Fort Morgan - 8.50%
   
FEES:  
   
All reservations are charged a cleaning/processing fee, based on the size of the unit
   
PETS:  
Most of our units do not allow pets. We have a few units that are pet friendly. You can ask about availability when making a reservation.
   
TELEPHONE :  
   

Most all of our units are equipped with telephone services. Long Distance calls must be made with a calling card or credit card.


We cannot guarantee the condition of deck furniture in some of our rental units. Plan to bring your own beach chairs for the beach. Some properties have beach service for a cost. Grills are not furnished, even though some properties may have them on their grounds. Grilling from decks and balconies is prohibited by law. If you bring a grill, you must use it on the grounds outside the unit.


High Tide Rentals furnishes all linens and towels. However, we recommend you bring extra towels for swimming on the beach.

   
WINTER TENANTS:  
   

Linen service is provided for a rental stay 30 days or longer.

***High Tide Rentals, Inc. reserves the right to move a reservation to a different comparable unit, should the original unit reserved become unavailable. In the event this should happen, we will make every effort to notify you of any changes when possible.
